How to make a booking
To make a booking for a bird tour, please do the following.

- Download the booking form (PDF format).
- Fill in all options, including which tour option.
- Don't forget to fill in any medical conditions.
- Fax to with proof of payment.

Waiver of Liability - Important! Please read
Brians Birding and its guides will endeavour to make your experience as safe and enjoyable as they are able but can accept no responsibility for any injury sustained during any of our tours. In addition, Brians Birding cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to any personal property. Adequate Medical and personal Insurance is highly recommended for travel whilst on tour.
The Client hereby acknowledges that the activities of Birding can involve inherent risks, and participates willingly with that knowledge. These risks can result in major injury or death. Furthermore, the Client hereby certifies that they are appropriately medically fit to participate in Birding activities.
Any medical conditions must be made known.
Payment Agreement
Deposit upon Booking
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your Tour dates and initial bookings. (Should you be travelling within 30 days of booking this deposit falls away and full payment is due.) The deposit in advance is for purposes of booking arrangements, guide bookings and other incidentals.
Balance
The Balance payment of 75% is due 30 days prior to your starting tour date. Should accommodation venues require full payment prior to this, we will advise with regard to any amendments of payment requirements.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
Should a client cancel the tour within 2 weeks (14 days) of the first date of the tour, a minimum fee of 25% will be retained as non-refundable. Any accommodation venue cancellation fees and rulings are over & above this and will be advised on request. Should the guide cancel any part of the tour due to weather or other circumstances beyond his control and the client fails to reschedule the event, a minimum fee of 25% will be retained as non-refundable.
